Yep, one of only 2,710 built, this is a very rare
specimen. What make this unit especially rare is an originally equipped
327 cubic inch 4bbl V-8 & M21-M22
4-Speed (as the data tag denotes) Wagon. No,
we do not have a breakdown of how many were built with
those options but we would be willing to bet very few.
If anyone out there knows approximately how many 4-speeds
were built, we would be glad to hear about it.
Purchased by the current owner 8-9 years ago needing
a restoration without the original engine. A solid and
respectable Los Angeles built/sold dry climate unit that was cosmetically
restored for personal use, enjoyment and performance, it
is not equipped with its original matching # V8. A great
looker and solid driver that will not
leave a drop in your driveway. The perfect unit to enjoy
as shown and/or a candidate for a concourse restoration.
