Extremely Rare and Simply Stunning! Known history, this
beauty was originally sold and delivered to
Massachusetts and was subsequently purchased by a
Florida gentleman who did the original restoration in
1997 and later sold. The current owner purchased it from
Red Smith of Bonner Lake, Wisconsin around 2000. In
2003, a re-restoration was started and completed in
2007-2008.
The whistle straight body and near perfect finish (along with
many other items) was professionally performed by Solid
Gold Classics of Eagle River, Wisconsin. The engine was
completely/professionally restored in Hartford,
Wisconsin. Everything mechanical has either been
restored or rebuilt to factory standards. Since it's
completion, the Hot Rod Shop of Milwaukee,
Wisconsin has kept everything up to snuff.
In closing, this vehicle is a wonderful example of
Automotive History that rarely become's available for
sale, the perfect addition to any collection, large or
small. Sadly, the current owner health is fading fast
